Terms of Service

These beta terms describe the operating rules for using TokenRoute while the product is in private beta.

Current
May 10, 2026

Beta Service

TokenRoute is currently provided as a private beta service for evaluating AI model behavior, benchmark evidence, provider readiness, and route-decision workflows.

The service is evolving quickly. Features, APIs, user interface details, and availability may change during beta as we improve reliability and product fit.

Accounts

You are responsible for the account, organization, project, provider credentials, and API keys used with TokenRoute.

Do not share access with unauthorized users. If a key or account is exposed, revoke it and rotate affected credentials promptly.

Benchmark Data

TokenRoute stores benchmark prompts, model outputs, scores, provider metadata, cost estimates, and route-decision evidence for your project so the product can show history, exports, recommendations, and aggregate intelligence.

Do not upload data you are not permitted to process through selected model providers. You remain responsible for dataset rights and provider-specific usage terms.

Provider Credentials

TokenRoute supports bring-your-own-key provider access. Provider credentials are intended to be stored through the configured secret backend and not returned in plaintext after creation.

External provider charges, rate limits, model availability, and output behavior are controlled by the selected provider and your provider account.

Acceptable Use

Do not use TokenRoute to process unlawful content, attack systems, bypass provider policies, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, other users, providers, or infrastructure.

No Production Routing Warranty

TokenRoute route decisions are advisory during beta. They are evidence-backed recommendations, not a guarantee that a model is fit for every production request.

You should review benchmark evidence, cost, latency, failure state, and output quality before relying on recommendations in production systems.

Limitation

The beta service is provided without a service-level agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokenRoute is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, provider outages, model output defects, or customer-side integration failures.
